Gluten Free Banana Bread

I made gluten free banana bread. This is the recipe for two loaves. I've no idea what a 'cup' is.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of gluten free plain flour
  • 4-5 ripe bananas
  • half cup of sugar
  • half cup of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • half teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • quarter teaspoon salt
  • cup of chocolate chips OR tablespoon of cinnamon

Steps

  1. Preheat fan oven to 160 degrees celcius
  2. Grease 8 by 4 inch loaf pan with loads of butter
  3. Dump all dry ingredients in food processor
  4. Mix
  5. Put eggs, milk and vanilla in
  6. Mix
  7. Put chopped up bananas in
  8. Mix
  9. Stir optional chocolate chips in
  10. Half fill loaf pan with half mixture
  11. Bake in oven for 50 minutes, check middle is cooked with skewer
  12. Leave on side for 15 minutes
  13. Invert loaf pan and bang on counter until loaf drops out
  14. Repeat greasing and baking for other half of mixture
